Loraine is the Principal of O’Callaghan Daly Solicitors having founded the practice in 2002. Loraine specialises in Family Law and provides expert advice on divorce, judicial separation, civil partnerships, domestic violence and maintenance, access arrangements, custody and guardianship of children. Loraine also specialises in the area of Wills and Probate advising clients in relation to estate planning, spousal claims and children’s claims. Loraine has extensive experience and expertise in the area Medical Negligence.
Alan O'Callaghan

Alan is a Solicitor in the office having qualified in 2015. Alan specialises in Conveyancing, advising clients on the purchase and sale of both residential and commercial property. He also deals with personal injuries litigation and represents clients in the District, Circuit and High Court. Such cases arise out of road traffic accidents* and public liability claims and Alan offers advice from the initial stages of the Personal Injuries Assessment Board application right through until the completion of the case.
